J Ms. Roshan Dalvi indeed a competent judge at Bombay HC on marriage matters. Depending upon the facts of the case there is always ratios are decided if the other cases's facts are more or less similar, if Obiter may appy or may not!
so generalizations never works pls

We were staying out of India ,wife went back to India ,I was abroad only .after 14 months she filed DV,claiming maintenance , no evidence of dv
wife working , claims she should get maintenance as per life style of husband .
no children.
