Is diabetic person not eligible in BPCL

Respected Sirs & Madams, Please let me know whether a person with diabetes , without any related complications eligible for job in BPCL as management trainee. As I heard somewhere that HONORABLE MADRAS HIGH COURT has allowed diabetic person eligible for jobs. Please enlighten me in this regard and guide me if I get disqualified on grounds of diabetes mellitus. Thanks
