The new delimitation of constituances under the said Act is one which is on the population grounds.

Is it constitutional?

Is it good for the future of India?.

Is it a punishment to the people who is very much foward thinking and controlling their population.?

Is Central Government of India actively promoting population growth?

Will Central Government announce new assembly seat to promote the Population?
