Dear All,
In 2010 in a Specific performance case was decreed. I was defendent in the case. The judgement gone against me. The plaintiff has also launched a criminal case against me. The subject matter in both civil and criminal matter are same. In criminal case Hon'ble court has ordered "Charge Frame" against me stating that the Judgement of Civil court is binding on this criminal case.
My question is "Is Civil Judgement is binding on Criminal Cases ?" If no, Plz provide me any case law regarding this. It will help me in my revision appeal against this order in high court.
