Is a unknown person can take our property documents..

People take documents from register office and submit it in court this I also did so nothing strange.

Now question is whether it is legal or illegal. See question which comes if it is illegal what steps you can successful take it ? And I don't see any such step , becausse people get undre RTI (Although third party is there stil they don't follow) Additionally if document is registered document under registration act if person get registration no. from E search website in Maharashtra and he ask for that registerd document immedately he gets. So this is reality but confused what action can be taken against them . If they use that document to do some fraud than IPC can be used else only if some one got access document or taken certified copy you can not do much. 

It is legal.
