Dear Friends,
Public Interest Litigation (‘PIL’) is a potent instrument in the hands of the spirited citizens of India against any wrong done to the public at large. Please share your opinion as to how effective is the tool of PIL in bringing about changes in society or are they as sacrosanct as they are made to be?

Yes , but be carefull, you may also be penalized if the PIL is just not PIL but personal vendatta against sytem or individual.

a single pil will not bring revoulation (kranti) but every such steps/fighting has some value to change the society.
