Respected sir/mam,
I'm accused of 465 & 420 stating that I have provided fake insurance (date modified) copy at the time of accident. Actually it is taken from my bike by the police and I have given them my new insurance copy whose validity starts from accident day but they dint swapped my new insurance.
It has been found out by my opponent during claims tribunal case and I'm charged now. I have applied for AB. Is applying for AB will keep police off from arresting me? Or it has to be granted?
What is the course of the case and how can I get free of this case?
My only point is I dint gave the fake copy to police & my opponent.
