Dear sir, Iam Muruganandan Rajendren , worked as a Quality Manager in Tamco Dubai. i have travelled from dubai to chennai in april 2012 with another person passport with similarity in samename (Muruganandan Ramasamy) who is working in same company.during my urgency i have not noticed the passport. in chennai i realised i have travelled in another person passport .immigration of chenai filled a case against 12d of ipc 420,468 & 471. i came in bail.i filled a writ to get my passport from dubai and sending back aother person passport.based on hc direction i received my passport.in the meantime my employer terminated my service.i applied for quashing of FIR on Dec'12. Till date there is no result .i want to travel to dubai to cancel my visa and to get my original degree certificate,please suggest me. my visa going to expire in june 2013. whether it is possible to go to foreign country if am in bail. |
