The incident took place on 28th july night and my report was registered on 1st Aug under section 377 and 498A other section as well. Personally for first aid purposes I got my medical done by private doctor. I requested police to get my medical done. they replied that IO is on leave and dint get it done. Finally on 6th Aug I gave an application then also they got my medical done on 12th aug.
My pathology report says that dead sperms are found. but IO says it is not possible and live sperms are available only for 48 hours. My 164 sattements and 161 statements taken. I did lots of studies online which says it can be found but IO is not agreeing.
Is there any such case or any forensic book from where I can take the reference and show it too IO.
