it is going to be three since a judge ordered the police to investigate my private complaint, but the police has not done so ( Apparently siding with the other party ).
my questions -
Is there any time limit for them to submit their investigative report?
Can the police / IO be liable for contempt ?
How can i force the police to investigate ?

What action has been taken.
Any expected date when this will be completed and with answer move to court
