My friend holds 25 % of a pvt ltd company's shares, purchased some 16 years back.

One of the promoters is demanding that he should transfer 5 % of his shares to the promoter on the ground that the purchase price was too low.My friend feels harassed by the constant demands and insults.Is there any action possible for my friend to take in this context.Is this a case of extortion? There are many emails and many phone calls,someof them of a threatening nature. Will appreciate any advice.

yes this type torture like harrassement you can complaint police station, they are threating me.
