In contract with client, it was mentioned that we have to do arrangement for rooms in hotels. for client persons. Now, we are assuming "arranging" means only booking the room, coordinating with hotel and client people to book the room etc., but room rent should be paid by client. Client says arrangement means we have to pay for the room rent.
Who is right? Can we claim to client? How to prove this? We hope to get this in our favous as room rents will destroy us.
Sir, your question depends upon the contract which is not produced here. Also both the parties would have had an understanding before entering into the contract. their intention also matters. By refering to the information you have provided nothing concrete could be said.
