I was employed to a Firm A, from where I obtained a sabbatical to pursue higher education. During the course of this higher education, I received an offer from firm B as an Intern with a monthly stipend for a stipulated time( post which an employment offer may be made as per mutual consent and performance). During the internship period a verification was done and told that I am violating Dual employment policy and need to terminate my internship. Am I Legally wrong here? Does Internship count as violation of dual employment policy?
