After nearly two years ,court passed in my dv case, running at pune court , interim maintenance which is a considerable amount accured for two years. Now my query is what is the safest process to make payment to them........if paid through cheque is it acceptable .....i dont want to give dd as if wife later says she has not got it through courrier......also can i make payment part by part.....my advocate at pune even not informed me about order passed.....i came to know from opposite side lawyer who has sent a copy of such order to me by courrier. I have lost all faith on my lawyer...he has made understanding with opposite sides for which i have just no control.....no ethics on professional services !!
