Interim maintenance guidance required

During the case period in high court, is husband required to pay maintenance and legal expenses?

Can the RCR Case be struck off if maintenance not paid?

You mentioned that case of RCR was filed by you so how does question of defence struck down arise as defendent is your wife. Court will dismiss the case in case of non-payment. So you should file the appeal with the application of stay order. 

In case HC does not grant stay order, let the trial court dismiss your case after winning the appeal HC will order to reopen the case. But same will backfire if you lost the appeal and because after that your wife will file the case of execution.
