I m filing the application in family court for enhanced access for my daughter asking court for modofication of earlier order. My lawyer is out of india and not in contact hence his assistant prepared my application. Along with application he has prepared verification and affidavit and got it verified in other civil court in the same city . The sequence he put is 1. Application 2. Affidavit 3. Verification
The verifing authirity only stamped on verification that i have sworn the content and only made signed on my affidavit page.
My queris are
1. Is it ok that application verified in other civil court and not in the family court
2. Is it ok that verification authirity only stamped on verification page that I have sworn the content of my application in her presence but made only sign on affidavit
3. What shoud be the sequence of documents while submitting
