Vijay Kumar (Advocate)     10 October 2015

Interim anticipatory bail not made absolute

Two accused persons with muffled faces intercepted the car of the complainant lady and threatened her with a pistol. Then fled away. The lady suspected them to be her husband and DEVAR with whom her relations are strained for 23/24 years.

FIR u/s 323,341,506 IPC, 25/27 Arms Act has been lodged, Interim Bail has been granted.

Now, from complainant side, I am to oppose the bail and see that it is not made absolute.

Kindly guide and tell some case laws on these lines.
