Of late the court is giving direct intervention by giving direction to convene the dpc and give promotion. May I request the hon'ble members to kindly enlighten me with judgement of S/ HC if any.  Also kindly clarify whether the CAT is empowered to direct the executve in the matter of DPC findings.
