Sir i am BC , i got married to a sc girl on June 1 2014. I registered it register office on June 06 2014.
Also i applied for Intercaste marriage certificate in taluk office and i got the same on this month on 25th only that is (25/09/2014).
Almost the process took 4 months to get the certificate after so many verification .
Now i went to employment exchange to register my ICM certificate.they are telling that they will send letter after 3 months , and at that time only they will register.
I need the clarification why they are taking another 3 months to register it. If any one knows the details please share.
