Insurance claim

dear experts,

my client's company met with a fire accident and there has been enormous loss. for more than two and a half years the insurance company has not even settled a rupee.; series of representation s has been sent to insurance company as well as irda. kindly guide me as which is right forum to approach? consumer court or can i file a writ against IRDA? amount claim is 100000000/-

If it is a nationalized insurance company why dont you file an application under RTI ? if not a natinalized company you can approach the insuance ombusdman also.

the bet way is to approach a High court with a writ...
