Installation of cctv in houses & offices

I have searched through your website and found that there is no rules and regulation of installation of CCTV in India. There is no code of ethics in Instalation CCTV. Now a days everyone is trying to install CCTV in their Offices and Houses as part of Security concern. Even though the purpose of installing the CCTV is security for their valuables / persons , sometimes it affects the privacy of others.  Also the CCTV installation Companies and hidden cam selling companies are increasing day by day. There is no control over it . any body can buy a hidden cam and install it where ever they want it to break the privacy and other spy works. They  can view or share these footage through their smart phones.

Is it possible to control by an act or government order to control the buying of such things( Like when somebody purchases the riffles they should get license from District Collector , and renew their license time to time ). If Government does not control this by law, Every ones privacy will be public

If anybody can help to make a complaint against / to make a code of  ethics for CCTV  it will be a very great helpful to Indian People.
