in Karnataka there are about 38 Grant in aid Blind Schools under Dept. of Disabled Welfare. these Schools are governed by "GRANT IN AID CODE 1982". now the problem is there is lot of discrimation between these Schools and the Schools runned by the Dept. of education. the staff of these School does not get facilities like earned leave, Maternity leave etc. if any advocate from this Club takes interest in this matter I will discuss with him or her in length. you may contact me on Mobile No. 09535393900 or mail to dattu.agarwal@rediffmail.com. one thing I am also a Blind Person.
