Inidan courts on us bank account

Does anyone know if Indian courts can order bank statements / balances for bank accounts for US citizens in the US in a divorce case?

Also, whether it is US or India banks, do courts have to specify the bank name in the order or just an open order so the spouse can go to any bank and show the order to get details?

Thanks

That's a BS !!!!! U.S. bank fall under U.S. court jurisdiction they have no right or never will disclose any info to any other country. They strictly follow U.S. court orders. For this you will have to dig into bank disclosures law and find out more. But if U.S. bank is operating in india as a foreign bank then they have to abide by indian laws then the story is different. If you have bank account in U.S.A. don't even worry about it !
