Inherit property

My deceased mother got two alive brothers and alive parents. She died in 2007 leaving no will. Do I right to property of my maternal grandfather?

@Querist,

Yes,if only the division of property of your maternal grandfather has not taken place until year 2005 and you are a Hindu.

Note-This reply should be taken as per the declaration given in my profile page.

I am a Hindu and there is not property division happened yet. I have these following questions

1 - How should I approach to this without hurting my relations?

2 - Even if I approach officially how should I go about how much time will it take?

3 - What are the odds of this how can things turn around?
