i joined MNC in 2011 and worked for last 8 years in 6 years i did a yound leadership dimlopa which is provided from my company they signed a agreement with me for a course duration of 1 year and loan amounting 4 lacs with bond period 3 years if im unable to service the organization they demand me to pay 4 lacs loan plus bond amount 8 lac.
After complication of course i joined in 2017 worked for 1 year but i taken a leave for 1 month in 2018 aug without proper apporval frrom HR. So they abscond me now and asking for my outstanding loan and bond amount to paid then they issue me a relieving letter.
Please let me know the futher action i can take against my organization.
Im in so much trouble right now because not getting jon without relieving letter.
Please guide.
