Information on court marriage

hello lawyers,

my name is vaibhav currently staying in new delhi

right now my age is 20+ and my girlfriend's age is 21+

we both want to marry legally

but unfortunately my age is not 21+. but she is 18+(legally qualified for marriage)

can we sign a sort of declaration first or a promising affidavit till the time i'm not legally qualified for marriage?

or can we do a court marriage now ?

20+ wants to get married to 21+, and that too legally, Dear student why don't  U wait another 6 months so that U would be 21 and she 22.

If you in urgency then get in LIVE IN. And after 6-7 months go for marriage.

But decision is yours. 'Marji Hai Aapki Aakhir Sar Hai Aapka'

No affidavit can keep the binding  safe when it comes to legal position.  You may wait for completion of 21 years of age to avoid void marriage.

He is in a hurry to tie the nuptial knot immediately rather than seeing the pros and cons of legal system.
