Information about payment after revocation of suspension

I want to ask what if someone works in govt insurance company and get suspended for 3 years he was getting half of salary inly at that time . Now he is get revoked will he get that half salary deducted during period of suspension back ? As a areor ? And one more question can comapmy transfer him to place where both divisinol office and regional office of company changed ?
