in a case the Presiding Officer Labour Court has trusted the certified copies of the muster rolls etc field on behalf of the other parties but those documents were NOT EXHIBITED BY THE PARTY IN EVIDENCE' the award goes against the workman .
what is legal position? pl discuss! and enclose all relevant rulings if any .

The matter can be highlighted in the appeal about the miscarriage of justice by relying upon the in-exhibited documents.
