Would someone favor me as to how represent 2 brothers A & B in obtaining a Succession Certificate for B, who resides in Delhi and wants the Succession Cert. to be issued in his favor alone (1/2 share + 1/2 share = complete share), for a property inherited from his deceased mother, A lives in US, having green-card, without coming to India, is ready to execute a relinquishment-deed in favor of B. Does RD needs to be registered in the US or should be attested from Indian Consulate? Should an SPA also be obtained from B so as to represent him by someone or bringing the RD on record alone would solve the purpose, if B alone is made Petitioner? or A, compulsorily has to be made the Respondent? What should be the array of Parties?
