Indian marrying foreign nationality in india

Hello,

I am an Indian citizen living in India. I am getting married to my long time partner by this year end who is from North African (Morocco) and a citizen of Morocco and holds a Moroccan passport and Sunni by religion.
We will settle in India post marriage and continue with our business in India
I have few concerns in my mind about the legal issues:
1) Once we get married in India, how can she become an Indian citizen or hold an Indian passport?
2) Is any form of conversion is required/mandatory?
3) Can she became partner in my business?
4) Which is preferable? getting married in India or in Morocco?
5) Do we need to register a married in Morocco as well?

Please let us know as it will help us to plan our much awaited future together.

once if she contracts a legal marriage with you she becomes eligible for indian citizenship as your legal wife

it depends on the type of marriage you are going for.

yes

since you have decided to settle in india you can marry in india itself under foreign marriage act

not needed
