India is killing millions of children’s creativity every yea

Under Right to Compulsory Education Act, India has declared “No Detention Policy” but this Policy has slash back, and Millions and Millions of children’s creativity are killed every year. Firstly, the curriculum is not based on individuality but conformity with a very narrow syllabus that virtually murdered the inherent creativity of the Child: and secondly millions of teachers are not equipped with the requisite qualifications for the job and this has been even revealed by the World Bank Report and PISA. Thirdly, the teachers have no requisite expertise to spark the curiosity of the students, it is because we have Education officer in every State and at National level, but we do not have the role of Leadership in Education and also Education Reform Advocate.  Under this Education scenario, should we Amend “No Detention Policy” under RTE Act?
