I have brought a new bike with two-wheeler loan on indusind bank. The bank has given the ECs (Electronic Clearances) date as 7th of every month on that time i have 9000 in my account. but the bank have sent the ECs on 18th April. on 18th I have less amount in my account. So the EC (Electronic Clearances) have bounce with insufficient fund. Both the bank have charged the fine amount. please guide to proceed further.
