Incomplete property location/address in sale deed and gpa

The Property address/location is mentioned incompletely in sale deed and GPA (General Power Of Attorney).

The executant of sale deed and the first party of GPA is same person.

As i understand that the incomplete mention of property location in the sale deed can be rectified with the rectification deed.

Is there anyway to correct the incomplete property address/location mentioned in the GPA.

You have already posted and are aware that reification deed is the recourse..

The property is the self acquired property and the sale deed has concenting witness represented by the GPA Holder.

So the Self acquired property owner (Seller) and the GPA holder is the same person and the concenting witness is the major child.

And the GPA is not registered under Sub Registrar office but its Notarized.

How to make correction for this incomplete property address/location mentioned in the GPA which is Notarized ?
