I am a member of Scheduled Tribe living in Mizoram and am entitled for Income tax exemption under sec 10(26) of Income Tax Act, 1961. Me and a few friends have started a company in 2006 which had been incorporated. All of us are members of Scheduled Tribe and our company operates only in Mizoram. My question is whether our company is also entitled for Income Tax exemption. Do we have to pay Income Tax from our company?

if your turn over cross 10lac above per annum u have to file income tax n service tax too as per rule
