you need to examine the attestors of the WILL

1st of all reconfirm if the registering authority say; Tehsildar, kept the original WILL in IT’s locker and issued certified copy!

If yes, the original WILL is with registering authority and certified copy has been issued.

Or the certified copy issued by registering authority should be as good as original.
