A very good evening to expert panel
I want to know about the procedure to take stay on sale or transfer of property or is it better to take stay or my mother should go for partition of property.
Actually my father has extramarital affair with a lady who is very cunning and we have a doubt that she will try to transfer the property on her name .
Although property papers had name of my mother and father both but my father probably has changed by using bribe and now only my father is the only owner . we have original papers also having name of both my mother and my father.
So suggest me better way to tackle this situation.
