My friend has a adopted son and my friend's wife got expired of some critical disease. Now he is suppose to get to marry a UK citizen holder girl. Question is whether adopted son can get immgration on basis of their marriage as the son is adopted and my doesnot have birth certificate. He has got school certificated stating birth certificate and he has got court papers of adoption and also a adhhar card

The school certificate states about birth certificate, so copy can be obtained from school.
And you can approach Registrar of births for certified copy.
