Dear Members, There is foreigner caught in prostitution and illegal stay in India as she has no Indian Visa.
Now she is in Jail and her bail application was rejected. Is she going to be sent back to her country then When ? as I cannot see her pain.
Or if there a way we can stay together in India then we would be more than happy. Kindly shade some light.

you may apply for bail and stand as surety for her. thereafter get married to her so that she can stay in india
