Illegal possession by the defendant.?

I get a stay on the disputed land by the Civil judge (senior division) but after some time possession is occupied by defendant with the help of Tehsildar. What should I do.?

first tell us your order of court was preliminary injunction or or final judgment ? which case file before tahsildar by opponant? you could got chance to file your say before tahsildar?.....

if you got final judgment you can file contempt of court pitition against tahsildar and opponat party before civil court and file pilice case if you have judgment.
