In my village Originel Patta, as well as A-registor copy of one land in my mother name only.
But some other person got UDR patta for that land in the year of 1997 during the nattam patta land survey.
and he has house also there since then.
During 1942 that land was registered in my father's Grand-pa name. I have the copy document of that land from sub-reg office. Is there any chance to get that land back
