Hi
Email Spoofing is crime in india & world
Incest content - Not cleared in indian law , But Child Content is 100% not allowed , However normal content is allowed
(Why i am saying this ? becuase it clearly mention that no child prograpghy is allowed & for that you can go to jail or pay fine But it is not mention that adult conent is prohibited)

Is it illegal to access your spouse's mail?
My wife has accessed my mail and is now using copies of my correspondences to produce in court in divorce case.
is it permitted? are there any privacy laws in india?
