If two documents (e.g. agreement)are produced before court.

two documents(agreements about the same property but different selling price) are produced before JMFC .Applicant do not want to relay on one document i.e. agreement of higher selling price... what is the remedy or nature of application not to use that document of hogher selling price by the court in case. Parties in agreement having no dispute. Only we have to convince the court.
