If marriage office denying to register marriage

what to do if marriage office in Rajasthan denied to register marriage which is already solemnised at Arya Samaj. Because parents of couple is not present as witness.

Marriage officer's action is illegal.  Approach HC against marriage officer and you will definitely succeed.
