I have sold a flat to a person who has availed loan from DHFL.
Due to some typographical error in the joint holders ( my father ) name DHFL is not giving me the final payment cheque. Part disbursment has been made and my Loan against property is complete.
DHFL is asking me to submit a indemnity bond giving details of my fathers name and identity proofe. I submitted indemnity bond on 100 Rs Stamp paper . Now they are again refusing to accept it and telling me to prepare it on 500 Rs stamp paper. Is this correct , as i have heard Indemnity bond canbe on 100 or 200 rs stamp paper. Please help..
