we are 3 brothers. My elder brother who is a retired VAO sold many pf our lands by cheating n threatening my mother. She made DHANA SETTLEMENT DEED in 2004 n died. Even after legal SETTLEMENT my elder brother continued to cheat n malpractices using my land. Hence we legally partitioned ( sub-division) n registered in 2014. He also sold some of his land n registered in my name. As I am living outside my village, I hv told my cousin to take care of my land. But my elder brother threatened him not to enter my land. He destroyed all d crops n planted new plants in my land without my concent. Hence, I told him not to involve any illegal activities but he became very violent n used abusive language n intimidated me of dire consequences. He has submitted a letter to Tahsildar not to issue Patta as he is enjoying d properties over 20 years. He is hand in glove with revenue officials.
Sound advice given by the elders results no yield. Tahsildar has refused to issue patta to me citing d above reason. All my sisters n 2nd brother are supporting me. please guide me how to proceed further. Thanks
