Hello Sir ,
I want to know whether i can gift a immovable (land) property to my paternal uncle (my father's brother), kindly give me some information regarding the above matter.
I also want to know what are the stamp duty charges applicable . The land is in Karnataka state.
Please do the needfull.

you can make a gift both to relatives and non relatives.only thing is stamp duty charges are more in case of non relatives
