I have r.c.s. -regular civil suit pending can i get passport

Hello Team,

I have R.C.S. - Regular Civil Suit pending on my name which has been register just to harass me. As per the documents the case has no weight for sure he is going to loos it . when i checked the status on line it is showing "Unready Board" what this means. Most importantly i am applying for passport does it require NOC from court.

Can someone advice me on this as i saw here were get free advice from advocates.
