I am retired bank manager. When I was working the export packing credit released to a party was partially diverted. CBI has filed case against me that I colluded with the party for diversion. Is it correct.

u didnot mention under what section CBI has made u party. whether it is correct or not the court has to decide, let me know the sections then we can advice u properly.
