Husband has transer his property to his sister

Dear sir,

i got married recently and my husband has thrown me out from his house it has been 3 month i m staying with my parents and my husband is planning to transfer his property to his sister name. so that i can not ask him for RIGHT TO RESIDENCE in this case what i can do plz guide me.

if it is his self aquired property then he can give it to anyone he wish.you can claim residential order and even if he doesnt have the shared household on his name he has to arrange a rented accomadation for you and your children and has to bear the expenses
