Please find the judgment of Hon'ble High court of karnataka, bengaluru bench ordering to entertain the domestic violence case against wife and her family
As Hon'ble supreme court has deleted word "Adult Male" from Section 2(q), as it was violation of article 14 of constitution of India , High court has take a note of this and issued order to entertain the case to lower court
